  • Yes, that’s the real price.

    They’re new Acer laptops that were marked faulty before they reached a shop, so shops can’t sell them. Some have a fault and some have none. Each laptop says which.

  • So what’s wrong with mine?

    It depends on the laptop. If we know of a fault, it’s written next to the price. If we found none, it says “No fault found”. If it says neither, ask us before you decide.

How buying works

It all happens on WhatsApp.

  1. Send us the stock code

    Tap “Ask about” on the laptop you like. WhatsApp opens with your budget and the stock code already typed.

    An example. Your message names the laptop you picked above.

  2. We send a video of that laptop

    Filmed in our store room, so you see the exact laptop, not a picture from the internet. If it has a fault, we show you the fault.

  3. Pay a 50% deposit, or in full for delivery

    The deposit takes the laptop out of the warehouse for you, and you pay the rest when you receive it. If we send it by courier, you pay the full price before we send it.

    The amounts follow the laptop you picked above.

  4. We take it out of the warehouse, or send it

    Once your payment is in, we get the laptop ready. For delivery, it goes in its own box, padded on both sides, then sealed and handed to the courier.

  5. You receive it

    Paid a deposit? Pay the other half when the laptop is in your hands.

How can I pay?

By DuitNow QR, bank transfer or SPayLater. Tell us on WhatsApp which one you’d like.

Do I pay first?

Yes, half or all of it. Pay a 50% deposit and we take the laptop out of the warehouse for you, then pay the other 50% when you receive it. For delivery by courier, pay the full price before we send it.

How do I know it’s the laptop I asked about?

Every laptop has its own stock code. Send us the code and we send a video of that exact laptop, switched on.

Will you show me the fault?

Yes. If a laptop has a fault, we show it to you on video before you pay.

Are there any extra charges?

No. The price you see is the price you pay, delivery included. The only extra is the warranty, if you add it.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, if you want one. It costs RM 550 for each year, on top of the laptop’s price. Ask for it in your WhatsApp message.

Does it come with Windows?

Yes. Windows is installed and activated, and we update it before we send the laptop.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. In the Klang Valley we can deliver the same or next day.
